French-speaking Customer Support Specialist – Lisbon

About the role

Join a dynamic international team as a Customer Specialist, providing first‑line support to French‑speaking customers in Lisbon. You will handle inquiries, orders, accounts, and product questions across phone, email, chat and other digital channels, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional support via phone, email, chat and digital platforms.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
• Handle complaints and concerns while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms and services.
• Record interactions, requests and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify recurring concerns and feed back insights for process improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2) language skills.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive mindset eager to learn in the travel sector.
