Freelance Chemistry & Python AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Chemistry and Python expert to join our AI training platform on a freelance, project‑based basis. You will create and validate computational chemistry challenges that help improve AI systems used by leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational chemistry problems that mimic real research workflows.
• Create Python‑based tasks (using NumPy, SciPy, and chemistry libraries) that require non‑trivial reasoning.
• Ensure problems are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within reasonable timeframes.
• Base challenges on real research or practical chemistry applications.
• Verify solutions with Python scripts and standard computational chemistry methods.
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Strong Python proficiency for numerical validation.
• 2+ years of professional experience in applied, research, or teaching roles.
• Experience with numerical methods and computational chemistry concepts.
• Excellent written English (C1 level or higher).
