Webmaster – Marketing (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Webmaster to provide operational support to our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team. You will work closely with digital project managers and various internal departments to create, update and maintain web pages, ensuring a smooth workflow and high‑quality online content.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily webmastering tasks through the Monday.com platform, attending a brief each morning to allocate work among the team.
• Update and create web pages using WordPress blocks, based on wireframes, mockups or provided Word documents.
• Educate stakeholders on process timelines, briefing standards and delivery deadlines.
• Manage tickets from regional departments, ensuring proper routing and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with a digital project manager in Paris to develop new content for back‑office applications.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (minimum C1 level).
• Strong attention to detail, organized and able to work autonomously.
• Adaptable, proactive problem‑solver with a collaborative team spirit.
• Good aesthetic sense and adherence to brand guidelines.

Required skills

• Experience with WordPress and other content management systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for content preparation.
• Familiarity with Monday.com for task management.
