Experienced Manager - Digital Risk

About the role

EY is seeking an Experienced Manager to join its Digital Risk team within the Consulting practice. You will lead complex engagements that help organisations identify, assess and mitigate technology‑related risks while supporting digital transformation and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects focused on Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control and Internal Audit with an emphasis on IT and digital risks.
• Manage client engagements from planning through execution, ensuring high‑quality delivery and achievement of objectives.
• Support organisations in identifying, assessing and mitigating technology and digital risks.
• Develop practical, sustainable recommendations that create measurable business value.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Oversee engagement teams, resource allocation, project planning and financial performance.
• Prepare and review high‑quality deliverables, reports and client presentations.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions, go‑to‑market initiatives and thought‑leadership activities.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex risk and technology‑focused consulting engagements.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of building trusted advisory relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business development opportunities.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge of emerging technologies and regulatory developments.
