Experience Management Specialist – Luxury Wellness

About the role

Coolzoone Madeira is seeking an Experience Management Specialist to lead premium wellness journeys for guests in its innovative Longevity Plaza. You will combine hospitality expertise with cutting‑edge health technologies to create memorable, high‑touch experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and guide clients through a range of treatments, including cryotherapy, red‑light therapy, posture analysis and hyperbaric oxygen sessions.
• Maintain a warm, structured atmosphere and ensure smooth client flow throughout the day.
• Explain the benefits and operation of each technology confidently.
• Support special events, community activities and VIP visits.
• Keep the centre clean, calm and visually premium.
• Communicate professionally via in‑person interaction, WhatsApp and email.
• Collaborate closely with the Coolzoone team to uphold exceptional service standards.

Required skills
