Enterprise Analytics Platform Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Analytics Platform Manager designs, governs, and evolves CordenPharma’s enterprise‑wide analytics ecosystem. The role focuses on Microsoft Fabric, modern Data Warehouse architecture, and the Enterprise Semantic Layer, acting as the technical authority for scalable, secure, and business‑aligned analytics across a global multi‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise analytics platform strategy, leveraging Microsoft Fabric and modern Data Warehouse technologies.
• Design and continuously evolve the global Data Warehouse architecture supporting reporting, analytics, and future AI capabilities.
• Establish and govern the Enterprise Semantic Layer to ensure consistent KPI definitions, business rules, and data models.
• Develop enterprise‑wide standards, governance frameworks, and data architecture principles.
• Drive harmonisation of data structures and reporting logic across sites and functions.
• Own end‑to‑end architecture for data ingestion, transformation, storage, semantic modelling and consumption.
• Supervise and mentor external Power BI developers, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Define and enforce data governance, security concepts and role‑based access models.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing, governing and evolving enterprise‑wide analytics ecosystems.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into sustainable BI solution designs.
• Experience working with global, multi‑site organisations and cross‑functional teams.
