English‑Speaking Sales Representative – Outbound & Digital Advertising

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking Sales Representative to join our Lisbon team and support Reddit’s advertising and business growth initiatives. You will actively prospect new clients, guide them through onboarding, and help them become engaged users of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to identify and engage potential advertisers.
• Present Reddit’s advertising solutions using a consultative sales approach.
• Assist prospects through sign‑up and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and track opportunities in a CRM system.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM platform to manage leads and pipelines.
