End User Computing (Desktop Support) L1 – Puerto Rico

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to deliver end‑user computing services in Puerto Rico. The role involves providing prompt, professional support to all users, including VIPs, and ensuring desktop environments remain secure and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite hardware, software, and network connectivity support.
• Manage the full lifecycle of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and desk‑side assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve break/fix issues for Windows devices.
• Deploy, maintain, and patch desktop images using SCCM.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
• Monitor security compliance, antivirus status, and remediate issues.
• Support printers, scanners, VPN, Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business, and mobile devices.
• Use ServiceNow (or similar) to track incidents and service requests.
• Deliver VIP and executive support with urgency.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, assets, and procedures.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of onsite desktop support or EUC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as the primary onsite IT contact.
