Electrical Supervisor

About the role

Antilles Power Depot is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead its field operations and electrical service team across Puerto Rico. The role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership, ensuring safe and efficient power generation and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction to field electricians and technicians.
• Coordinate daily dispatch and field service activities.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of generators.
• Lead automatic transfer switch (ATS) replacements, repairs, and testing.
• Supervise substation repairs and electrical distribution work.
• Ensure quality, safety, productivity, and proper documentation of field work.
• Coordinate with Service, Parts, Sales, and Management teams.
• Provide hands‑on technical support and troubleshooting when needed.
• Train, coach, and hold field personnel accountable for performance.

Required profile

• Valid Puerto Rico Perito Electricista license.
• 5+ years of electrical field experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience with generators, ATS, electrical distribution systems, and substations.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Puerto Rico.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
