About the role
The Account Executive will act as the primary liaison between CMS, Inc. & CMS Home Care and physicians across Puerto Rico. The goal is to increase referrals and scheduled patient volume for the assigned programs and facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate potential referral sources.
- Maintain effective relationships with existing referral sources.
- Track and report referral activity and procedures by source.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to address referral‑related needs.
