About the role

Join a dynamic international team as a Customer Support Specialist, providing first‑line assistance to Dutch‑speaking customers in Lisbon. You will handle inquiries, orders, accounts, and product questions across multiple digital channels, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional support via phone, email, chat and other digital platforms.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products and services.
• Understand customer needs, provide clear information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Record interactions, requests and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite issue resolution.
• Identify recurring concerns and share feedback to improve processes.
• Stay updated on products, services, policies and procedures through ongoing training.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn in the travel sector.
