Dutch-speaking Customer Specialist – Lisbon (Relocation)

About the role

Join a dynamic international team in Lisbon as a Dutch-speaking Customer Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional and personalized support across phone, email, chat and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer support via phone, email, chat and digital platforms.
• Assist customers with inquiries about orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products and services.
• Understand customer needs, offer clear information and resolve issues promptly.
• Record interactions, requests and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
• Identify recurring concerns and feed back insights to improve processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn in the travel sector.
