Drafting Support & Coordinator – Engineering Documentation

About the role

PACIV, a global leader in industrial automation for the Life Sciences sector, is looking for a Drafting Support and Coordinator. The role will ensure engineering drawings and project documentation are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time for pharmaceutical capital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and archive engineering drawings and project documentation according to client standards.
• Coordinate drawing revision and approval processes with engineering, construction, and client teams.
• Support drafting activities and document control throughout all project phases.
• Manage engineering documentation using client document management systems and communication platforms.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of drawing revisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project execution and documentation needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CAD drafting, engineering drawings, and document revision control.
• Background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
