Director, Partner and Value Enablement

About the role

Sovos is seeking a Director of Partner and Value Enablement to shape and execute the enablement strategy for its global partner ecosystem and internal teams. This senior leader will drive scalable programs that help partners sell, implement, and support Sovos solutions while ensuring consistent standards and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and rollout of partner enablement programs, including the Certified Partner Program.
• Align certification requirements with partner tiers in partnership with Partner Programs and Account Management.
• Establish and manage recertification cycles to keep partner certifications current.
• Create and deliver enablement assets such as reference architectures, ERP integration guides, and mandate‑specific resources.
• Track and analyze certified partner performance to refine curriculum and certification models.
• Develop technical enablement plans for Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Support teams.
• Champion AI‑forward enablement best practices and drive innovation across initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to identify needs, refresh content, and integrate partners into direct sales motions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of recruiting, growing, and building pipeline with alliance partners across co‑sell engagements.
• Strong strategic leadership experience working closely with cross‑functional teams.
