Digital Marketing Performance Specialist

About the role

Delnext is looking for a Digital Marketing Performance Specialist to support and optimise performance‑marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure data‑driven decisions and continuous improvement of ad performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, management and optimisation of campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads and other channels.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CPC, ROAS, CTR and conversions, and contribute to regular reporting dashboards.
• Conduct market, competitor and keyword research to uncover new opportunities and refine ad strategies.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop, test and iterate creatives, ad copy and landing pages tailored to each platform and audience.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience or proven knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads.
• Strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow within performance marketing.
• Excellent analytical mindset with close attention to detail.
• Fluent Portuguese and professionally proficient English.
• Collaborative, autonomous, proactive and responsible with good planning and coordination abilities.
