Digital Campaign Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to join TIMWETECH, a fast‑growing fintech and digital solutions provider. In this role you will design and execute paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and other platforms, driving brand awareness and lead generation for our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, purchase and optimise media across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta and other digital channels.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecast spend and ensure efficient return on investment.
• Test new strategies, channels and creative assets to increase traffic and revenue.
• Identify target audiences and craft messaging that resonates with them.
• Monitor performance, analyse sales and consumer data, and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with the creative team, briefing them on campaign objectives and banner requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a digital media agency or similar environment.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and native Portuguese speaker.
• Positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of retargeting, mobile advertising, RTB and programmatic buying.
• Familiarity with CPC, CPM, CPA and CPI pricing models.
