Customer Support Agent - French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Lisbon team and deliver excellent service to French‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly support via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with questions, requests and technical or product‑related issues.
• Identify customer needs and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Follow internal procedures and keep accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Contribute to high satisfaction levels and a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level) and good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a professional, positive attitude.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
