Customer Solutions Manager - Supply Chain

About the role

As a Customer Solutions Manager – Supply Chain at Danane, you will be the primary liaison between sales teams, customers and the Operations & Supply Chain department. You will ensure the end‑to‑end delivery‑to‑cash process runs smoothly while upholding commercial policies and driving customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the internal contact point for sales teams on customer requirements, special projects and product changes.
• Guarantee accurate and timely order fulfilment and monitor KPIs such as Service Level, On‑Shelf Availability and penalty avoidance.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain collaboration plans with clients, conducting regular meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Coordinate logistics requirements with customers, balancing satisfaction and cost optimisation.
• Define sales forecasts for new products and promotional actions.
• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, building lasting relationships.
• Work with internal teams across multiple departments to anticipate needs and implement solutions.
• Analyse customer satisfaction surveys and define action plans based on findings.

Required profile

• University degree with 3‑5 years of experience in supply‑chain customer collaboration, logistics, demand and planning.
• Experience in FMCG environments and knowledge of main sales channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Excellent organisational efficiency.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
