Creator Success Manager

About the role

The Creator Success Manager will own the creative strategy and day‑to‑day relationship for a small pod of 4–5 creators. You will drive subscriber growth by crafting compelling content briefs, reviewing edits, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring each creator has the ideas and support needed to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a tailored creative strategy for each creator, defining content themes, hook formats, and testing plans.
• Continuously gather inspiration from Instagram, TikTok, and related niches, translating trends into actionable ideas.
• Write conversion‑focused briefs that start with a hook promise and clear acquisition intent.
• Maintain strong creator relationships through weekly calls, Telegram check‑ins, and brainstorming sessions.
• Review every piece of edited content to ensure alignment with the brief and provide corrective feedback.
• Analyze daily KPIs (subscriber inflow, watch time, retention, engagement) and use insights to refine future briefs.
• Prepare content shoots with 50–150 organized ideas covering location, outfit, priority, and format.

Required profile

• Passionate about content consumption and analysis; able to articulate why a piece works.
• Experience working directly with creators in marketing, PR, talent management, or as a creator yourself.
• Strong cultural awareness across US, UK, and European audiences.
• Data‑driven decision maker who diagnoses performance using metrics.
• Excellent communicator in clear, natural English, adaptable in tone.
• Empathetic yet assertive, building trust while providing honest feedback.
• Self‑directed, proactive in managing tasks and schedules.
• Comfortable working in the adult content industry with a professional mindset.
