Contract Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to create, review, and refine a variety of commercial agreements for inclusion in an AI training dataset. This remote contract position offers the opportunity to work autonomously while ensuring legal accuracy and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and produce high‑quality templates, samples, and annotated examples for Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, IP Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and other licensing contracts.
• Ensure all documents comply with current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well‑structured, high‑quality documents to contribute to the project’s AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables.

Required profile

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements such as MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and accuracy.
• Ability to create or adapt legal documents for real‑world scenarios and work autonomously.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI‑enabled platforms is a plus.
