Consumer Competitions Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Consumer Competitions Marketing Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of our “Show Me The Money” consumer competitions. Based in Lisbon, you will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with programming, production, digital, finance and commercial teams to grow participation, engagement and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of consumer competitions, from concept to execution.
• Design, launch and optimise acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns across SMS, digital, web and social channels.
• Maintain and segment customer databases, driving CRM‑based engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and recommend improvements.
• Support the creation of new promotional concepts and audience‑engagement strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2C CRM, customer acquisition, engagement or retention marketing.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience managing customer journeys and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with SMS marketing.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
