About the role

Mastercard Marketing Services is seeking a Consultant to join its client‑facing team. You will combine marketing expertise, data analytics, and structured problem‑solving to design and execute campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes for Mastercard’s diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in consulting engagements, helping develop marketing strategies and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze customer, market and campaign data to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty strategy development.
• Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results and suggest improvements.
• Prepare client deliverables, presentations and reports that clearly communicate findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients and support senior team members in addressing marketing challenges.
• Stay current on marketing trends, media best practices, consumer behavior and emerging technologies.
• Apply consulting methodologies to deliver measurable impact for clients.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing roles, media agencies or consulting.
• Experience with digital marketing, media planning, execution and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
