Community Lead – Global Web3 Community Builder

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Lead to shape and grow a global community around a rapidly evolving Layer‑1 blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. Based in Portugal, you will act as the public face of the project, fostering authentic engagement across major social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a vibrant, global community presence on Twitter, Discord, Telegram and other Web3 platforms.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that boost participation, retention and long‑term engagement.
• Plan, coordinate and run community events, from daily conversations to large‑scale meet‑ups.
• Create and promote engaging content such as memes, discussions, campaigns and community initiatives.
• Identify and empower influential members to become advocates and contributors.
• Monitor sentiment, trends and emerging opportunities across the Web3 landscape.
• Maintain a visible, optimistic and authentic presence in all community interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and scaling communities within Layer‑1 blockchain, DeFi, NFT or similar Web3 projects.
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems and community dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
• Track record of designing and delivering successful community growth initiatives.
