Communication & Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Communication & Design Specialist to support communication, marketing, stakeholder engagement and design initiatives for a client of Match Profiler. The hybrid role (2 days onsite in Lisbon) combines strategic communication, content creation, graphic design, multimedia production and project coordination to increase awareness, adoption and engagement across services and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication and marketing plans for services, projects and initiatives.
• Analyse stakeholder audiences and create tailored communication strategies, key messages and storytelling content.
• Create and maintain professional communication materials such as presentations, graphics, manuals, guides and multimedia assets.
• Design visual content while ensuring compliance with corporate branding guidelines.
• Produce and edit videos, tutorials, event recordings and other multimedia content.
• Support internal communication, knowledge‑sharing initiatives, events and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Manage communication templates, reusable assets and documentation.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, publishing schedules and content production processes.

Required profile

• Experience in communication planning and multi‑channel delivery.
• Stakeholder analysis, storytelling, message development and editorial structuring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong teamwork, proactivity and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Graphic design and presentation design.

• Development of templates, manuals and guidebooks.
