Communication Business Partner

About the role

As a Communications Business Partner you will act as a trusted advisor to a key business unit within Siemens Gamesa’s Wind Power division. You will help translate complex business topics into clear narratives that engage employees and support the company’s growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design communication strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Advise and support leaders in preparing for town halls, business updates, organizational changes and leadership events.
• Translate complex business topics into compelling internal and external communications.
• Lead employee‑engagement and change‑communication initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to boost the business’s visibility and collaborate on external communication campaigns.
• Provide communications counsel during sensitive or crisis situations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across functions, regions and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, preferably in industrial, energy or similarly complex matrixed organisations.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with senior leaders and strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex topics.
• Experience in both internal communications and strategic external communications.
• Collaborative mindset and resilience under pressure.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across functions, regions and external partners.
• Curiosity about leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance communication workflows.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
