Capital Project Manager – Facilities & Utilities

About the role

Haleon is seeking a senior Capital Project Manager to lead the execution of multi‑disciplinary capital projects supporting facilities and utilities across our sites. You will manage projects from concept through close‑out, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate well‑defined multi‑disciplinary projects from inception to completion, preparing status reports and forecasts.
• Apply engineering principles, cGMP and regulatory requirements to design, construction and commissioning activities.
• Select and manage external A&E firms, review designs, specifications and ensure documentation is complete.
• Prepare cost estimates, bid packages and track project budgets, schedules and change orders.
• Inspect contractor work for conformance to drawings, specifications, safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical assistance to operating groups, conduct HAZOP and operational readiness reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in capital project management, preferably in facilities and utilities construction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, communicate effectively and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, EHS policies and regulatory compliance.
