Business Analyst – AI Lab

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join ethree solutions’ AI Lab. The role involves translating business challenges into AI use‑case requirements and supporting the delivery of AI‑driven solutions for clients in supply‑chain, banking, retail and the public sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluate current processes.
• Gather and analyse operational and financial data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare research reports and technical documentation for AI use‑case development.
• Advise stakeholders on process optimisation and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and prototype AI‑driven business solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, data analytics, information systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong business analysis, data analysis and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Effective organisational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple priorities.
• Adaptable, proactive and comfortable in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
• Interest in AI, emerging technologies and business process optimisation is a plus.
