Benefits Advisor

About the role

Aflac is seeking an outgoing, entrepreneurial individual to join its team as a Benefits Advisor. In this full‑time position you will work directly with employers to address benefits challenges, generate sales, and provide support to policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Work with employers to present Aflac’s benefits plans and services.
• Generate sales using company leads, personal networking, referrals, and cold calls.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and enrollments both on‑site and remotely.
• Provide customer service and claims assistance to new and existing policyholders.
• Participate in team meetings, product training, and mentorship sessions.

Required profile

• Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Willingness to obtain a health and life insurance license if not already licensed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• At least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check.
