Art Director

About the role

The Art Director will work closely with a Copywriter and a Content Specialist to shape the agency’s digital creative direction. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will translate visual concepts into compelling campaigns across digital, out‑of‑home, TV, radio and print platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute advertising campaigns, merging strong visuals with effective content.
• Collaborate with the Copywriter and Content Specialist to ensure visual and textual harmony for each platform.
• Guide graphic designers in adapting primary designs for diverse channels while preserving the core vision.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute visual translation expertise.
• Work with Strategy and Account Management teams to turn client insights into visual strategies.
• Stay current on design and digital trends to keep the team’s output innovative.
• Present concepts to clients and refine them based on feedback and the Creative Director’s guidance.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with copywriters, content specialists and designers.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills across multiple media formats.
• Proactive attitude in brainstorming, trend‑watching and client presentations.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Own a computer capable of running design and motion‑graphics software without restrictions.
