Architect – Lisbon (3-5 years experience)

About the role

Broadway Malyan’s Lisbon studio is expanding and seeks talented architects to help shape sustainable, culturally‑relevant projects across Portugal and internationally. You will join a dynamic, employee‑owned practice that values design excellence and collaborative innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for commercial, residential, education, life‑science, leisure, transport and cultural projects.
• Produce construction documentation and 3D models using Revit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate master‑planning, interior, and urban‑design strategies.
• Support sustainable design solutions and contribute to the studio’s creative vision.
• Participate in client workshops, design reviews and project presentations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of architectural project experience in Portugal.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Strong design sensibility, critical thinking and creativity.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude with clear communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
• Knowledge of CAD, Photoshop and InDesign (highly valued).
