Application Support Engineer (API Integration)

About the role

We are looking for a professional to join Welvaart’s application support team, focusing on the analysis, maintenance, and evolution of API integrations between internal and external systems. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving technical problems, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring application reliability in a production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tickets and communicate with customers via email, providing effective technical support.
• Create and execute API requests and tests using Postman, working with XML and JSON data formats.
• Perform error analysis and technical troubleshooting for system integrations.
• Record and track tickets on the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in technical or application support (level 2).
• Solid knowledge of APIs and data formats such as XML and JSON.
• Familiarity with Postman for testing and validating API calls.
• Ability to analyze logs and error messages.
• Experience with ticketing platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Good written communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
