Ad Operations Associate

About the role

As an Ad Operations Associate you will support the growth and performance of Ads By Money by creating, managing, and optimizing ad units and widgets. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive revenue and meet P&L targets in a fast‑moving digital media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and quality‑assure ad units and widgets.
• Build solutions and processes to improve ad unit efficiency.
• Interpret data, communicate results, and identify growth opportunities with existing and new partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, and other departments to drive business initiatives.
• Troubleshoot policy, account setup, performance, and other operational issues promptly.
• Develop deep knowledge of internal systems to serve internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in operational processes, digital marketing, advertising, or media.
• Strong organizational, operational, and analytical abilities.
• Commitment to learning, problem‑solving, risk‑taking, and constructive feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
