Accounting Technician - Greenfield Project

About the Role

Are you looking for a challenge in a dynamic, startup-like environment? We are seeking a proactive Accounting Technician to join an exciting greenfield project, where you will play a pivotal role in building and implementing financial processes from the ground up.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the absolute accuracy of financial records.
• Monitor cash flow and provide essential support for treasury activities.
• Actively contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial workflows.
• Support monthly closing procedures and assist in financial reporting.
• Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred, though not strictly required to be in Finance).
• Experience working in fast-paced environments or participating in greenfield/setup projects is a significant advantage.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Required Skills

• Full professional proficiency in English (Mandatory).
• Good working knowledge of Spanish (A strong plus).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to adapt to evolving processes in a growing organization.
