Account Representative

About the role

The Account Representative will promote and sell Island Finance's financial products, providing guidance and customer service to retain and acquire clients. This role contributes to the company's targets while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and promote Island Finance's consumer loan and other financial products.
• Provide orientation and high‑quality service to existing and prospective customers.
• Retain current clients and acquire new ones to meet sales goals.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of university education or a related technical program.
• At least two years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong public‑facing skills with a service‑oriented attitude.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work and work under pressure.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team player who is organized and can set priorities.
