About the role

As a Welcome Desk Agent at W Algarve, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable check‑in and check‑out experience. You will guide guests throughout their stay, providing information, handling requests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries and service requests promptly.
• Complete daily operational reports and share local area highlights.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and present a professional appearance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift light objects for extended periods.
