Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Expleo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities across its Portuguese operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer, including screening, interviewing, and follow‑up.
• Create and publish job advertisements on multiple platforms.
• Conduct interviews in both Portuguese and English.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and talent needs.
• Update and manage the candidate database regularly.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and strong Portuguese communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
• Enjoys dynamic environments and interacting with multiple stakeholders.
