Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, you will join Mastercard’s Talent Acquisition team to source and hire world‑class talent across Europe. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from market analysis to candidate onboarding, ensuring a high‑quality hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal hiring managers, external candidates and recruitment agencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute tailored sourcing strategies.
• Create and publish job advertisements on career sites, job boards and LinkedIn.
• Screen passive candidates, conduct interviews and manage candidate pipelines in the CRM.
• Monitor and report on sourcing effectiveness using KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire and diversity metrics.
• Oversee agency performance, ensuring delivery on time, cost and quality targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency and/or in‑house recruitment, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical rigor with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet SLA targets and adapt to changing priorities.
