System Administrator – ServiceNow CMDB Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned System Administrator with deep expertise in ServiceNow, focused on managing and evolving our Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity, supporting agile delivery, and collaborating with cross‑functional IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB with high data integrity.
• Design and implement CMDB data models, classes, relationships, and governance processes.
• Develop ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, and integrations.
• Manage data imports, discovery processes, and integrations to keep CMDB data up‑to‑date.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP APIs and web‑service integrations.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot performance, data accuracy, and platform issues.
• Support deployment and release management activities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with architects, IT teams, and stakeholders to align CMDB with business requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and document technical designs and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow CMDB configuration, administration, and usage.
• Strong background in ServiceNow development, scripting, and platform customization.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
