Supplier Financial Analyst

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Supplier Financial Analyst to join its GBS team. The role supports the Supplier Financial Analysis team in monitoring the financial health of Airbus' supply chain, identifying risks early, and proposing mitigation actions. You will act as a business partner to the Procurement community, providing financial expertise and awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor financial health of suppliers across one or more supply‑chain areas, using horizontal and vertical ratio analysis.
• Perform financial analysis of past performance and build simulations and scenario analyses for future performance.
• Support Procurement teams in preparing Supplier Financial Risk Committee dossiers, including scenario building and de‑risking strategy assessment.
• Assist in crisis management, RFP selection, M&A activities, and strategic initiatives.
• Deliver training to the Procurement community on financial metrics and concepts.
• Maintain and develop financial models and analytical tools used by the team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis or a related discipline.
• Strong accounting knowledge and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent English; negotiation‑level French is a plus.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
