SQL Server DBA – French Speaker (Lisbon/Porto)

About the role

Integer Consulting is seeking a French‑speaking SQL Server Database Administrator to join its team in Portugal. The role will be based on a hybrid model in either Lisbon or Porto, supporting mission‑critical databases for national and multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement and manage SQL Server Always On and Windows Server Failover Clustering solutions.
• Configure and monitor transactional replication across databases.
• Perform troubleshooting, query tuning, index optimization and lock analysis to resolve performance issues.
• Provide production support and incident resolution for database‑related incidents.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support deployments and migrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience as a SQL Server DBA or Production Support Engineer.
• Fluent French and good English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.
