About the role
We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with our most important clients. Based in Lisbon with a hybrid work model, you will act as the primary point of contact, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long‑term business success.
- Identify client needs and provide customized solutions aligned with Nimber’s offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and devise strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the banking and financial services market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proven capability to analyze data and create strategic sales plans.
- Results‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
