Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist who will help our clients increase their visibility on Google, generate leads and drive sales. This remote position offers flexible working hours while requiring availability for urgent requests during US Eastern business windows.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full SEO process for multiple client accounts according to the agreed package.
• Deliver monthly SEO deliverables on time and with high quality.
• Produce monthly performance reports for the Head of Fulfillment.
• Implement local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization and map‑pack targeting.
• Conduct competitor website audits and reverse‑engineer successful tactics.
• Prepare comprehensive SEO audits and communicate findings in clear, non‑technical language.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional SEO experience.
• At least 1 year working in an agency environment handling multiple client accounts.
• Proven track record of driving local SEO results and improving map‑pack rankings.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a support team and reporting to a manager.

Required skills

• Advanced on‑page SEO techniques (internal linking, silo‑structure, schema markup).
• Google Business Profile management for local visibility.
• Competitor analysis and reverse‑engineering of high‑ranking sites.
