Responsável de Área – Lisboa & Algarve

About the role

The Area Manager for Lisbon and the Algarve will act as the bridge between KellyDeli’s back‑office, retail partners and Sushi Daily points of sale. Reporting to the Head of Operations (Portugal), the role focuses on driving same‑store sales growth and fostering strong relationships with franchise partners and retail stores.

Key responsibilities

• Coach franchise partners to operate cost‑efficiently and maximise profitability.
• Monitor and improve kiosk KPIs to boost sales revenue.
• Maintain regular business updates with retail partners covering sales, marketing, quality, new product development and action plans.
• Visit each franchise partner monthly, record visits in GEMBA and provide actionable coaching.
• Oversee the onboarding and sign‑off process for new franchise partners, ensuring compliance with store regulations and training.
• Document processes and kiosk operations to support smooth transitions during partner changes.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Regional or Area Manager in Food & Beverage or Food Retail.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent analytical ability to identify problems and propose concrete solutions.
• Organised, rigorous in setting internal procedures and monitoring regulatory obligations.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Valid driving licence.
