Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist to join our Human Resources team at Nestlé Business Solutions in Lisbon. You will play a key part in attracting top talent and strengthening our employer brand across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct job and task analyses to define role requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and publish job openings on relevant platforms.
• Source, engage, and recruit candidates through proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct interviews using reliable selection tools.
• Produce analytical recruiting reports and track key performance indicators.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, building strong relationships throughout the selection process.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or broader HR functions.
• Fluent English; additional languages (especially Spanish) are a plus.
• Adaptable, detail‑oriented, resilient and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, results‑focused attitude.
