Real Estate Project Manager

About the role

CBRE Portugal is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary project solutions for our clients. You will be directly accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery – budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk – from planning through construction, occupancy and close‑out.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other specialists to define specifications, obtain permits and licenses.
• Interface with clients to capture requirements, prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules and risk assessments.
• Conduct RFP processes, evaluate bids, and recommend qualified resources.
• Lead the project team, implement communication plans, and produce regular status reports.
• Monitor progress against objectives, manage change requests, and issue change orders.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure corrective actions are executed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Strong motivation, adaptability and ability to work in varied environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling and resource planning.
