Production Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Production Support Technician to join our team and ensure the stability and optimal performance of our cash equities execution platform. You will work in a collaborative environment with traders, developers, and other stakeholders, contributing to continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support and monitor the cash equities execution platform to maintain stability and performance.
• Build and enhance monitoring solutions to quickly detect and resolve issues.
• Deploy production changes with precision, minimizing service disruption.
• Collaborate with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement process improvements.
• Manage incidents, perform detailed analysis, and produce reports to uphold high service levels.

Required profile

• Experience in application support.
• Strong Unix/Linux knowledge.
• Understanding of TCP and UDP network protocols.
• Basic scripting abilities (Unix/Linux shell, Python, Perl, C, C++, Java).
• Fundamental SQL knowledge.
• Proficiency in English.
