Product Owner – Digital Quality Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the digitalisation of our Quality Management portfolio. The role will own two existing products that support quality and product compliance processes, turning stakeholder needs into clear, data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives and customer requirements into user‑centric product features and epics.
• Gather and analyse requirements from Quality Engineers, Compliance Officers, Auditors, Production teams and managers through workshops and interviews.
• Maintain and prioritise a product backlog of user stories, features and epics, aligning them with the product vision.
• Collaborate with technical development teams to ensure timely delivery of digital solutions that automate critical quality tasks.
• Champion the voice of internal quality‑management users throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a digital environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management, product compliance and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, elicit detailed requirements and translate them into actionable backlog items.
