Product Designer

About the role

Air Apps, a Lisbon-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a Product Designer. You will craft intuitive, delightful user experiences that span mobile (iOS and Android) and web, working closely with Product Management, Engineering and User Research to turn complex requirements into user-centered designs.

• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries that keep iOS, Android and web interfaces consistent.
• Own the design process, from concept and user flows to final visual design, delivering a responsive experience across devices.
• Work with Product Managers on strategy and requirements, and with Engineers on technical feasibility and handoff.
• Refine designs using user feedback, A/B testing and analytics to improve satisfaction, engagement and retention.
• Advocate for UX best practices and mentor less experienced designers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI or a related field.
• About 3+ years of experience in modern design and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography and color theory, with attention to usability.
• Familiarity with native mobile patterns (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design) and responsive web design.
• Experience with user research, usability testing and applying qualitative and quantitative feedback.

• Apple hardware ecosystem for work.
• Annual bonus.
• Health and life insurance.
• Transportation budget and free meals at the hub.
• Coverflex benefits package, childcare support and pension fund.
• Air Conference and Urban Sports Club membership.
