About the role

Join Sword’s AI‑driven health platform as a remote Physiotherapist based in Portugal. You will deliver personalized, digital care to members dealing with musculoskeletal disorders, leveraging Sword’s innovative AI tools to enhance treatment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one support via chat, phone, or video calls, guiding members through therapeutic exercises and recovery plans.
• Apply Sword’s digital pre‑habilitation protocols for surgical patients and manage musculoskeletal conditions remotely.
• Assist in clinical validation of new therapeutic programs by collecting data and participating in testing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience treating musculoskeletal disorders.
• Strong interpersonal skills that translate effectively in a digital care environment.
• Commitment to member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational engagement.
