PHP Developer (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer to join our fully remote team based in Portugal. You will work on a variety of projects, integrating backend logic with modern frontend technologies and multiple content management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PHP applications, primarily using Symfony.
• Integrate frontend components using Twig, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Work with various CMS platforms, ensuring smooth deployment and customization.
• Manage source code with Git and GitLab, and containerize applications using Docker.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality features on schedule.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as a PHP Developer.
• Strong expertise in PHP and Symfony framework.
• Hands‑on experience with multiple CMS solutions (e.g., Drupal, TYPO3).
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate there.
